Concetta looks at the back of the envelope

As Concetta is opening the first task brief, she turns it over and reads the additional instructions on the back. She then swears at Tom Cashman before adding “You suck. Ugly.”, and Tom blows his whistle.

In the studio, Concetta is so excited that she had completed the task so quickly, noting that, unlike the other contestants, she doesn’t like to insult Tom, because she likes him.

It’s revealed that Concetta had taken just 14 seconds to insult Tom, so she wins the task and earns 5 points.
