Kate makes some bold claims

Having read the task brief, Kate claims that she has impressed “so many mayors that it’s become…” and then Brad finishes her sentence by adding “Everyday”.

She initially attempts to impress Brad by doing the trick where it looks like you are detaching the end of your thumb.

She then goes to a computer situated on the desk on the other side of the room to Brad, and asks him if he would like to see some of the awards she’s won. When Brad admits to being interested, she turns the screen around to reveal that she has inserted clip-art images of a trophy cup and a medal into a Word document.

When Brad asks Kate if she thinks she’s done everything she can to impress him, she asserts that “You’re impressed”.

In the studio, Alex reveals that Kate had also claimed “I plant trees. I can speak any language. I have 14 children. And I’ve funded 12 elections.”

Kate earns 3 points.
