Stevie weighs the pros and cons of pissing in the can

Having read the task brief, Stevie announces “I do need a wee, and that’s a problem for you”.

She starts the task out very calmly, initially placing the can in the kitchen sink, in the vain hope that the tap is plumbed in (which it is not).

Stevie then looks inside the ‘freezer’ and finds the chunk of ice, which she tries to melt with the warmth of her hands.

She then finds the sticks of sealing wax in one of the drawers, and asks Alex if wax is a liquid. Alex helpfully responds that “It is, when it’s liquid”.

She apparently finds the toiletry bag, as Alex is seen holding it for her, while she sets fire to the task brief and drops it into the can, to melt the wax. As the fire builds, she tries to squeeze some of the grapes into the can, then quickly has to move the can to the kitchen sink, as the flames grow higher.

Once the fire has burned out, she discovers that the wax that did melt has not remained liquid. Alex asks her “What have you made? Straws?”.

As Stevie tries to melt the chunk of ice faster by heating it with a lighter, she considers whether she should actually piss into the can, but decides that the amount of fluid she would collect would not be worth all the downsides of peeing on television.

Spotting that the window opposite Alex is open, Stevie investigates, and spots the glass of ‘breakfast drink’ on the plinth outside. With three minutes remaining, she grabs the guttering from the front of the caravan, and uses it to bridge the gap between the window and the glass, at which point Alex asks her “What do you think’s going to happen?”. As she struggles to understand how she’s meant to retrieve the drink, she asks “Is there, like, a long litter-picker that I’ve not seen?”, prompting Alex to state “Probably. One minute left.”

Stevie does subsequently lean out of the window and look up, spotting the aforementioned litter-picker attached to the side of the caravan, and exclaiming “Oh, shut up”.

She then tells Alex to shut up, when he keeps reminding her of how little time she has remaining, as she struggles and fails to use both the litter-picker and the guttering in tandem, to retrieve the glass from the plinth. She ends the task doubled over through the window in hysterics.

In the studio, Greg states that Stevie’s attempt was “absolutely dreadful”, but admits that he’d really enjoyed watching it.

Alex reveals that Stevie had only managed to collect 2.5 ducks' worth of liquid (219 millilitres), which earns her just 1 point.
