Pete’s monocle

Pete brings in a monocle, suggesting that producing one at a party would instantly provoke questions.

Tom Gleeson agrees, stating that people would definitely ask things like “Why is Pete wearing a monocle?”, “Are they prescription?”, and “Are they half the price of regular glasses?”.

Tom teases Pete about his age, joking that he had been fired from The Project because of it, and pointing out that the monocle makes him look even older. He suggests that Pete get contact lenses and have a shave instead. Pete responds by saying “Taskmaster, I’m glad we had this conversation”, before miming removing the monocle and putting it in his pocket.

Pete earns 4 points.
