Aaron wears a ladder and drags a giraffe

Aaron's costume includes a step-ladder dressed in a shirt and pink skirt, with an oar attached like an arm. A net containing a stuffed giraffe drags behind him as he walks.

Balancing the ladder on his shoulders, Aaron stumbles along the red carpet, turns awkwardly, and then stumbles back. He says that there had been a wardrobe malfunction and, upon removing the ladder, claims that his costume might be the heaviest of the lot.

In the studio, Tom Gleeson notes that Aaron had previously worn a ladder in the Turn yourself into a piece of furniture’ task, earlier in the season. Aaron claims that his giraffe-in-a-net is a reference to people like Paris Hilton carrying chihuahuas in their handbags. Tom Cashman reveals that Aaron’s outfit had weighed 57kg.

Tom Gleeson deems Aaron’s costume to be “shithouse”, and Aaron earns just 1 point.
