Frank inflates a balloon

Frank’s confidence going into the task is buoyed by Josh’s revelation that his is terrified of balloons, and also the fact that Josh is asthmatic.

He keeps himself to himself during the task and ties his balloon quite early, ultimately placing second, after Tim’s disqualification.
