Leshurr daringly eats some salmon

Leshurr begins by skipping around the barrel with the egg, claiming it's daring since she might fall into a puddle.

She then asks Alex to get her salmon, specifically the ‘oak-smoked’ variety, to use in her daring attempt. She describes how she intends to wrap the egg in salmon and then spin it “like a Beyblade” into the eggcup. Alex pops off to the shop to buy her this essential equipment.

25 minutes later, Leshurr enter the lab, where she finds the egg and her requested salmon. She begins by squeezing lemon juice on the salmon, and tasting it to ‘make sure that it’s the right type of salmon’.

She cuts a ribbon from the salmon and wraps it around the egg. She squeezes some more lemon juice across the table as a lubricant to provide “extra spin”.

Counting down from three, she then rolls the egg out of its salmon sheath, across the table, and just about manages to reach over and catch it in the eggcup with her other hand.

Back in the studio, Greg confronts Leshurr with the accusation that she just wanted to eat some salmon, and had used the TV show to acquire it. She admits that she asks for salmon wherever she goes. Alex notes that she had already eaten salmon from breakfast on the day of filming. When offered the opportunity to eat salmon at a restaurant with Leshurr, Greg claims that he can’t, as he’ll be “camping with Adrian”.

In judging, Greg insists that he wants his money back for the salmon, but awards her three points for her sheer nerve.
