Joe damages Anglo-Swede relations

Joe appears very uncomfortable to be dealing with someone speaking a foreign language, and struggles to identify any strategy for communicating with him beyond just asking him to repeat himself, and offering him a bribe to speak English.

In the studio, Greg says that there is no doubt about which of the contestants would make the worst UN Ambassador, stating that the only thing Joe had been able to establish was that Fred did not have an opinion or arse-licking (Joe incorrectly guessed that Fred’s fear of failure [‘misslyckas’] had something to do with ‘licking arse’). Joe requests half a point for his efforts on this front.

Alex reveals that Joe gave up after 16 minutes and 20 seconds, without identifying any of the six pieces of information, putting him in last place.
