Tim splashes in the bath

Tim almost immediately climbs into the bath and tries to use the volume of his body to displace its contents, before frantically splashing the water out with both hands.

He then asks Alex to fetch him a towel, while he continues to splash and kick the water out with his body.

He soaks up the remaining dregs with the towel that Alex collected for him.

Back in the studio, Greg asks the audience to applaud Tim, who he purportedly presumes is the winner of the task.

Alex reveals that he emptied the bath in 2 minutes and 20 seconds, clearly putting him in first place.

However, it is then revealed via video footage that Tim appeared to have accidentally removed the plug from the bath during his thrashing about, thereby breaking the rules.

At first, Tim claims not to have known about the plug having come out, but additional video footage is then played, exposing his sneaky attempt to return the plug to the bath from where he spots it on the lawn.

Greg initially seems to want to knock Tim down to third place but, after consulting with the other contestants, agrees to knock him all the way down to last place.
