Kristoffer cleans his ear canal

Here's a description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to illustrate it.

Kristoffer is familiar with the concept of ASMR, and knows what it is called. He then strikes upon the idea of using a cotton bud to clean his ear out next to the microphone, apparently assuming that the noises he hears when he does that will also be picked up on the recording. What actually happens is that the recording is almost completely silent. However, this does not mean that Kristoffer places last, since the sound of silence is more satisfying to Atle than some of the other sounds (he likens it to the sound of being alone in his cabin). He therefore ends up in second place.
