- In the studio, Atle's throne is turned so that he cannot see who is performing on screen, and focus purely on the sounds they have recorded.

Here's a description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to add later!
- Espen is vaguely familiar with the concept of ASMR, but initially thinks it is instead called 'RSVP'. He knows that Atle likes whistling, but is smart enough to recognise that listening to someone else whistle might annoy him. He eventually records the sound made when he makes a pouting motion with his mouth, while tapping himself on the top of his head with his fist, which sounds like a dripping tap. As impressive as his performance was, Atle can only award it third place, because the sound of a dripping tap is not satisfying.
- Live identifies that Atle probably likes food, and then strikes upon the idea of opening a can of beer, pouring it into a glass, and then drinking it, in front of the microphone. She also includes a belch at the end, due to all the gas. Atle admits that he is a weak enough man that this worked on him, and ultimately ends up awarding her first place.
- Martha is familiar with the concept of ASMR, and knows what it is called. She decides to crack all of her knuckles into the microphone, which Atle seems to think is the sound of someone cracking nuts in front of a cosy fireplace. However, he says there wasn't quite enough to it, and awards it fourth place.
- Kristoffer is familiar with the concept of ASMR, and knows what it is called. He then strikes upon the idea of using a cotton bud to clean his ear out next to the microphone, apparently assuming that the noises he hears when he does that will also be picked up on the recording. What actually happens is that the recording is almost completely silent. However, this does not mean that Kristoffer places last, since the sound of silence is more satisfying to Atle than some of the other sounds (he likens it to the sound of being alone in his cabin). He therefore ends up in second place.
- Henriette decides to record herself whistling, which she is not good at, blowing way too much onto the microphone. As predicted by Espen, Atle just finds this sound irritating, and has to stop the recording early, describing the sound as 'wheezing' more than whistling. She earns last place for her bad whistling.
