Martha's sharps bin

Here's a description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to illustrate it.

Martha brings in a container full of used syringe needles, from her flatmate, Steffen, who she says is diabetic. However, she appears not to know what the item is at one point, and has to be reminded by Live, so it's unclear how much involvement she had in selecting this prize, or whether the backstory about her flatmate is even true. She earns fourth place for her effort.
