Here's a description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to add later!
- Henriette is not confident in her prize submission, which is simply a wasp she has brought in, inside a plastic food container, to represent the concept of wasps in general. She advises Atle to move on to the next contestant, rather than trying to defend her effort. Unsurprisingly, she earns last place.
- Martha brings in a container full of used syringe needles, from her flatmate, Steffen, who she says is diabetic. However, she appears not to know what the item is at one point, and has to be reminded by Live, so it's unclear how much involvement she had in selecting this prize, or whether the backstory about her flatmate is even true. She earns fourth place for her effort.
- Live pulls back her red cloth to reveal a glass which is half full of water, and says she needs to take a drink. Once the glass is empty, she calls out for someone to bring her more water, and a member of the crew arrives with a jug to refill her glass. Live introduces the crew member as Hedda, and shares that she is 25 years old. She then looks pointedly at Atle and tells him "You must not touch her, Atle." While Atle agrees that "it will never happen again", Espen warns Live that she "mustn't destroy all of Hedda's chances to advance in the industry". Despite her well thought out presentation, Live cannot compete with the impact of Kristoffer's sweaty boxer shorts, so earns second place.
- Stating that he has decided to take on some public information work, Espen brings it a small plastic food container, within which there is sand and a lump of what is meant to be cat poo. Fishing the lump out with a fork, he warns all small children that, if they come across such a thing in a sandpit, they should not touch it. He earns third place for his public service announcement.
- Kristoffer shares that, in 2020, he and his then fiancé went on a three week journey in the mountainous region of Jotunheimen, and had needed to pack lightly, so he'd worn a single pair of boxer shorts for the entire trip. He then shares that he'd kept those boxers, unwashed, in a plastic zip-lock bag ever since the trip, as a memento. He then proceeds to open that bag and take a big sniff of the boxers, against the protests of Martha and Henriette, either side of him. Apparently unconvinced by his story, Live voluntarily takes them off of him and has a sniff for herself, which she immediately regrets. Atle then also voluntarily smells the sweaty boxers, for some reason, and also regrets his actions. By this time, the odour from the garment is starting to spread across the stage, and Martha and Henriette have to get some distance from them. Olli smartly refuses the offer of a sniff, but some members of the audience take Kristoffer up on his offer, before throwing them back at him in disgust. He is eventually persuaded to return the offending item to its bag, but it's clear that the smell is going to linger for some time afterwards, with Atle joking that the entire theatre should be burned down and rebuilt. After the visceral impact of his prize submission, it's unsurprising that he earns first place.
