Fern's flowery tail

Here's a brief description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working writing up more detail!

Fern chose a bunch of flowers as a tail, but opted not to do any preparation for the tail-pinning part of the task. Instead, she wandered blindly around the garden, trying to find the tail station and then the tiger. She pinned her tail on the tiger in 13 minutes and 53 seconds, earning last place. In the studio, she indicated that she had hoped to used echo location to find her way around, but she couldn't recall the name of that method, so said "the one that bats do" instead, thus coining the episode of the title.
