Eva eventually finds the almond

Eva goes into the kitchen to find a large bowl and a sieve. She spoons the risalamande into the sieve, reasoning that the almond would stay in the sieve while the risalamande would fall through into the large bowl.

At the bottom of one of the small bowls she empties, she finds the message ‘the almond is on the Christmas star’, which she misreads as ‘toilet’, before clearing out more of the risalamande.

Eva finds the almond in 6 minutes 7 seconds and comes last. In the studio, she reveals that she had been genuinely worried that she’d found the almond too quickly, and that it wouldn't make good television.
