Stephania hacks the system

Stephania immediately realises she can ask Mark to move the target, and is smart enough to ask him to bring it all the way up to the balcony.

She is then able to dump (almost) the entire pile of flour onto the target directly.

Mark says she got 97 croissants worth of flour on the target (approximately 5.65kg, based on Jacob's result), which secures her secpnd place overall.
