Mike's tropical storm

Here's a brief description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working writing up more detail!

Mike created a storm by: flashing a torch to create lightning; using a leaf blower and water to create rain; and pouring ice cubes onto the island as hail. At the end, he attempted to make a rainbow using a torch and water, before going with his "back-up rainbow", which was three pieces of tape on a piece of card. He received 4 points.
