Joe bribes the mayor

Joe initially confirms with Peter that he’s really the mayor.

He then leaves the room, and is next seen, running across the car park outside, holding a carrier bag.

Joe re-enters the room, slightly out of breath, and empties the contents of his bag in front of the mayor, revealing that he has bought him 42 Callipos and eight cans of strong lager.

When Peter asks if there is any significance to the number of Callipos he’s bought, Joe states that this was all they had at the shop. The men then both open a can a lager and each have a Callipo.

When Peter asks if Joe has anything else impressive to share, Joe gives him £15 in cash. Peter responds by checking whether Joe is actually bribing a politician, prompting Joe to claim that “It’s always worked before”.

Peter rates Joe with a score of 7/10, and Joe is awarded 3 points.
