Paul anchors some balloons

Here's a description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to illustrate it.

Paul makes balloon sandwiches by placing slices of bread both underneath and on top of his balloons. He manages to secure three balloons, and earns 2 points.
