Paul's shiny balls

Here's a description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to illustrate it.

Paul brings in a pair of shiny meditation balls. When Greg questions what that are used for, Paul says “Just playing with them, innit”, but goes onto say they are supposedly good for your joints and movement. Alex says that the balls are officially known as Chinese Exercise Balls, Chinese Medicine Balls, or Chinese Healthy Balls. Paul earns first place.
