Guy floats a brussels sprout

Here's a brief description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working writing up more detail!

Guy filled a pan with water, with the brussels sprout floating in it and walked downstairs from the balcony, putting the pan on the floor so the sprout would continue to float. Later, during another task, David emptied the pan and threw the brussels sprout on the floor, thinking it was litter. Guy floated his brussels sprout down from the balcony for 2 days, 22 hours and 27 minutes, receiving 4 points.
