Jakob grows something

Here's a description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to illustrate it.

Without preamble, Jakob stands from his seat and removes his jacket before pointing to his arm, indicating that he’s made his biceps grow. However, at the last minute, he turns around and pulls a small lock of hair from under his shirt collar – the actual thing he has been growing out for the previous eight weeks. Jakob is awarded third place for his surprising rat-tail.
