Simon makes a body part abnormally long

Here's a description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to illustrate it.

Simon gives himself and Mark elongated foreheads; he helps the illusion by covering up where the prosthetics are connected to their actual heads with bandannas. Mark and Simon share stories about the troubles they have with their massive foreheads, including the need to take entire bottles of pain killers when they have headaches, or how expensive haircuts are. Simon’s prosthetic accidentally bends in half; Simon rolls with it by pretending to scream in pain. Simon comes third.
