Sofie makes a body part abnormally long

Here's a description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to illustrate it.

Sofie reveals her incredibly long (but very flat) arm, which winds around the entire Stormester house property. She tells Mark that she can still do dance moves with her long arm; to demonstrate, she rolls her shoulder, and after a few seconds, her hand waves. Sofie comes fourth.
