Julia shares her knowledge of photosynthesis
Julia first asks Dr Joel where his stethoscope is, and he informs her that he is "not that kind of doctor".
She asks him if he knows anything about photosynthesis, to which he responds "I've heard of the concept". She follows this up with the question "Do you know what all the letters and the numbers and the fractions are?". When Dr Joel seeks clarification on what she's asking, she launches into a song she has memorised, which describes the chemical process of photosynthesis.
When she's finished, she suggests that it's a little foolish that she can remember that song, when he clearly hasn't retained it. Dr Joel explains to her that science isn't so much about knowing things, but about learning things, so states that he doesn't feel foolish for not knowing something, but would feel foolish if he didn't try to learn something.
Julia then decides that she's going to alter the task brief to read "Make yourself look a fool." and "You may touch the doctor. You may hurt the doctor."
Fortunately for Dr Joel, before she can pursue this strategy any further, Tom Cashman blows the whistle to indicate that her time is up.
In the studio, Julia re-describes the process of photosynthesis without the use of her song, which everyone seems to find genuinely impressive.
Tom Gleeson awards her third place, mostly for actually knowing something about photosynthesis.
