Sarah leashes some balloons
Sarah begins by tying a piece of spaghetti to the end of a balloon, then weighs the spaghetti down with a slice of bread. After securing several balloons in this manner, she discovers that four or five pieces of spaghetti have sufficient weight to hold down a balloon. She rushes to fasten as many balloons as she can using this new method, during her remaining time. Sarah secures 13 balloons and comes joint third.
