Ivo doesn't use enough water

Here's a brief description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working writing up more detail!

Ivo set up an elaborate system to pull a cup of water into the glass with a string, but he didn't put enough water into the cup to actually fill it. Despite being 18.3 metres away, he failed to fill the glass to the line, so received zero points.
