Einar fills the bird bath with foam

Einar squirts dish soap into the bird bath in the garden, and spray water into it from a hose.
He notes that you need a lot of soap, and not an excess of water, to make a lot of foam, and suggests that squirting soap into the small pool on the property would not work very well.
He manages to create a decent amount of foam, which spills into the stony area of ground beneath the birdbath, but earns fourth place.
