Vegard puts on frozen clothes

Vegard bludgeons his shirt open against the stage, stomps on his tie a couple times, and then whips it open.

He briefly abandons the shirt and ties a Double Windsor knot in his tie, before removing it again. This allows him to put the shirt on correctly, then slip the tie on over top.

Although he has trouble ringing his bell, Vegard is the second fastest to complete the task, and earns 4 points.
