Bård makes two sets of shoes

Bård initially seems to be planning to cast a pair of shoes, as he begins by using TEC7 brand sealant to create a mould on his own shoes.

He complains that anybody who repurposes pre-existing shoes, such as cutting down some boots, has not thought well enough.

He then realises that his moulds will take 24 hours to cure, and so pivots instead to making a pair of shoes out of some flippers.

At this point, he requests that the editors don't cut back to his earlier comment that "people who use pre-existing shoes are cheating", so naturally, they do.

He uses an angle-grinder and a large knife to cut the flipper down into a pair of sandals, which he then spray-paints gold.

Using Bård’s feelings about repurposing pre-existing shoes against him, Atle awards Bård fourth place.
