Maria's birthday muffin
Maria says she has brought something for Atle’s birthday, as she wasn’t invited to his 50th birthday party that year.
She presents a very flat looking birthday ‘muffin’, featuring candles in the shape of the digits in '50', plus numerous smaller candles, sprinkles, and a cocktail umbrella.
She admits to not being good at baking, but that she had hoped to charm Atle by bringing something nice.
Atle asks her what place she deserves and, after briefly waffling, Maria agrees that she belongs in last place.
