Vegard's Beef Wellington

Vegard has made a loaf of bread that he calls "Atle Antonsen's surprise bread", presented as a thin, nicely-browned loaf atop a wooden cutting board.

He says that it must be tasted to be enjoyed, and Atle agrees.

As Vegard kneels in front of Atle and cuts it, he explains that he knows that Atle isn’t particularly fond of sweet things - so he's instead made something with meat.

One of the other contestants guesses what it actually is, right as Vegard finishes slicing, revealing a perfectly cooked Beef Wellington.

Atle tastes it and says it is very good, and Vegard eats a slice himself (and then offers some to Maria).

He earns second place, and continues to carve slices for the other contestants, as the judging wraps up.
