Bård launches a bocce ball
Bård interprets the task brief as meaning that he must throw something from the plank itself, not from behind the plank.
He chooses to cut a piece of plastic pipe and attach it to the plank, making himself an atlatl-style device that will allow him to throw a bocce ball.
He checks to see if anybody is in the danger zone behind the hedge, before blocking off the street outside with caution tape.
He then launches the ball from his device while standing by the garage, and it flies quite high, but not particularly far (18 metres).
Unfortunately, because the bocce ball weighed only 185 grams, this only scores him 3.3 points, and so he comes in last.
