Vegard uses a parachute

Vegard plans to make a parachute for his egg, cutting up a black bin bag and attaching some fishing wire to it.

He then pops his egg into a disposable coffee cup, before putting it inside a stuffed orange moose. He tapes the moose shut and attaches it to his parachute.

He throws this construction off the balcony, and it lands almost directly on the centre of the target, but his parachute fails to deploy.

Vegard runs down to the garden and confirms with Olli that the egg is still intact, before deciding to quit while he’s ahead.

Vegard shakes hands with Olli and leaves his egg lying just 14 centimetres away from the bullseye, which earns him second place.
