Vegard creates a funnel of flames

Vegard rummages about in the garage before finding a metal bucket and a bottle of some sort of flammable liquid. He pours some of the liquid into the bucket before adding the candle and dropping in a lit match.

Wearing safety goggles, and with Olli stood nearby with a fire extinguisher, Vegard then sprays in something from an aerosol can, aiming it into the bucket at an angle with the hope of creating a vortex of flames.

He notes that it's not really a hard task, but that anybody who had tried to complete it inside the house (as his brother turns out to have done) was "dumb as a rock". Olli agrees with him.

At the end of his attempt, the candle has been almost completely melted.

In the studio, it is revealed that he'd melted 1,361 grams of wax from the candle, which earns him first place.
