The task brief is leant against a large candle on the desk in the study of the Kongen Befaler house. The brief for the task is as follows:
Burn down as much of the candle as possible in 15 minutes.

Task notes
- The contestants enter the study to find that it has been decorated for Christmas, complete with festive gnomes, candles, and greenery including a wreath on the front of the desk.
- It's noteworthy that three contestants are shown wearing safety goggles during this task, because this show usually has such relaxed health and safety standards.
