Petra upscales a turducken
Petra’s dish is by far the most professional-looking of all of the contestants’, and looks like a meal that might be served at a family holiday celebration.
The dish consists of a large turkey, covered in puff pastry, and flanked by potatoes and asparagus.
Inside of the turkey is a chicken, and inside of the chicken is a quail.
Mark is surprised that the quail contains yet another layer: a single chicken nugget.
When Petra leaves the room, Mark takes another bite of her meal, and declares that it’s “much better than Hadi’s”.
In the studio, Mark reaffirms his statement, calling the “duck a la Petra” the best of the meals.
Lasse awards Petra second place.
