Jesper the handball kid from Slicetown

While introducing Jesper’s attempt, Mark notes that although the task is not about speed or accuracy, he still found enjoyment in Jesper’s performance, dubbing Jesper “the handball kid from Slicetown” (‘Slicetown’ being a reference to Jesper’s attempt at the ‘Sell your hometown to the Taskmaster’ task in episode 2).

At the start of his attempt, Jesper stands on the mark, prepares to throw his first salte fisk, but then eats it instead.

After eating a few more salte fisk, he throws one at the fishbowl and names a shark, and the fish lands directly in the fishbowl.

Jesper credits his success to his past as a handball player, and then leaves the room.

In the studio, there is a brief debate between Lasse and the contestants, as ‘shark’ is a generic term, and some shark species are much more powerful than others.

Sebastian Klein rates the shark as the third most powerful animal, and so Jesper ultimately earns third place.
