Melvin uses a child

Melvin has Mark give him a piggyback ride outside, and the two then walk down the pavement quite a way from the Stormester house.

Eventually, a boy riding his bike to school in the opposite direction stops next to them, and Melvin asks him to take the coconut with him.

The boy agrees, taking the coconut, and Melvin starts laughing, informing Mark that he’s realised that the boy is taking the coconut back the entire distance they’d just walked.

In the studio, Mark brings up a map showing the distance Melvin’s coconut travelled, which is far less than expected.

Mark explains that midway through his ride, the boy had abandoned the coconut on the side of the road.

He even provides photographic evidence of where he’d actually found it.

Melvin’s coconut travels 167 metres, which earns him second place.
