The Sues get into a bind
Sue and Susan primarily use nylon rope and yarn to tie themselves to each other, at one point accidentally severing a connection they had just made instead of cutting off the extra rope.
They top off their tying session with the heavy rope, and finish their time side-by-side, as they decide to tie their necks together.
In the studio, Alex says that Sue and Susan managed 12 points of connectivity, which included their necks, both wrists, breasts, gut, ankle, and foot.
After being handed the second task brief, Sue reads it out and, and after insulting Alex (calling him a “shit giblet”), the Sues start to work out a walking system, as they have effectively hobbled themselves into a three-legged race.
They are further hampered by the fact that they’d decided to use the heavy rope, which had remained wrapped around the storage bin. The pair therefore have to drag the heavy bin with them as they move.
They keep a steady – but not particularly quick – rhythm of “inside leg, outside leg” to remain in step with one another, and remain upright, eventually crossing the finish line.
The Sues finish the race in 90 seconds, and earn 2 points each.
