Julian pushes the duck

Julian starts off by carefully rolling the duck through the course.

When he incurs a boundary penalty, he switches his technique and starts pushing the duck instead.

He manages to avoid most of the obstacles, but does clip one of the flamingos (although he insists it was the wind).

As the duck is on its side as Julian pushes it, Alex requests that the duck be right-side-up when it’s on the water, but Julian refuses to comply with this request.

As the duck gets close to the lake, it starts bouncing as he pushes it. When Julian questions what it is doing, Alex says he believes that the duck is excited.

Julian pushes the duck into the lake, where it remains quite close to the shore line. He then kicks it further into the water, just in case (and likely in annoyance), which has the unintended effect of fulfilling Alex’s request to ensure the duck is correctly oriented.

Julian finishes the course in 4 minutes and 15 seconds – which comes out to 6 minutes and 15 seconds after penalties – but he is disqualified after Alex reveals that he’d touched the duck’s beak during the task.
