Susan’s suggestive street sign

Susan brings in a street sign for Cock Pond in Clapham Common.

Cock Pond is now a children’s paddling pool in Clapham Common, and is reportedly named after a pub that used to be called the Cock.

Susan explains that although she’s always lived in London, she’s not particularly familiar with all of it, so she has started going on guided London walking tours, eventually taking one around Clapham Common, and the Cock Pond sign appealed to her childish sense of humour.

Greg awards Susan second place.
