Sue guesses geographical locations

Sue initially tries just pulling the sword from the stone, knowing it won’t work, but doing it “for form’s sake”.

She finds and reads the letter in the mailbox, spots the letter cut-outs on Greg’s statue, and pulls the cracker from Greg’s statue with Alex, reading the set-up from the joke after putting on the crown.

She then searches the LandPod, asking Alex if the location shown on the map is in Africa, Australia, America, or perhaps somewhere in Europe. Alex admits that it’s somewhere in Europe, but refuses to elaborate any further.

After Sue guesses several European countries, she manages to get Alex to confirm that the picture represents somewhere in the UK. After guessing a few counties, she successfully guesses that the picture represents the county of Devon. She tries ‘Devon’ as the password, but is unable to pull the sword out of the stone.

Sue references the various letters she has found, as well as the capitalised letters from the message inside the mailbox envelope, and so then tries the password “bedweiwmbe”.

After sitting in the LandPod trying to work out if the letters are an anagram, she jokes that she’s tempted to just try ‘Widdicombe’. She stares Alex down, when he doesn’t reply, and then, after a pause, darts out of the LandPod to see if her joke is actually the solution.

Sue successfully pulls the sword out of the stone after 33 minutes and 21 seconds, and earns last place.
