Stian’s Pokémon

Stian brings in an 18-inch Funko Pop! figurine of the Pokémon character Pikachu, the original electric Pokémon, and mascot for the entire series.

He informs Atle that like many Pokémon, Pikachu is able to change forms and that in Pikachu’s case, a thunderstone needs to be used.

Stian polls the audience to see how many people know what Pikachu’s evolved form is, and several members correctly call out that it is Raichu.

In a potential hit to his nerd cred, Stian explains how people would know the answer from the anime series (down to the exact episode and scene), rather than from the original game.

This actually has an adverse effect on Stian’s submission as, in the anime, Pikachu refuses to change form (which Stian also explains).

In perhaps a stroke of good luck for Stian, Atle does not evem seem to be listening anymore at this point.

Olli admits that, in his opinion, Stian’s prize is the winner. Atle disagrees, and awards Stian fourth place.
