Season synopsis
The eighth season of Kongen Befaler, with Atle Antonsen returning in the Taskmaster role, began airing on 14 September 2023.
The cast for the season consists of Christian Skolmen, Stian Blipp, Tete Lidbom, Tuva Adine Billing, and Marte Stokstad.
The live studio recording sessions took place at Drammen's Theatre between 6 September and 19 September 2023.
Notes
- On 17 March 2023, it was reported that Atle Antonsen would be returning as the host of the next season of Kongen Befaler, having been cleared of the criminal charge against him.
- In late April 2023, tickets to attend the live studio filming sessions at Drammen's theatre went on sale, with the sessions scheduled to take place between 6 September and 19 September 2023.
- On 14 August 2023 it was announced that the cast for the season would consists of Christian Skolmen, Stian Blipp, Tete Lidbom, Tuva Adine Billing, and Marte Stokstad.
- On 16 August 2023, it was revealed in the description for a Kongen Befaler video posted on the TV Norge YouTube channel that the season would begin airing on 14 September 2023.
