Julian doesn’t last long

Julian tells Alex to ask him to kneel “in a masterful voice”. When Alex asks if Julian has picked his starting position, Julian quips that he’s been asked that many times before.

Julian starts by kneeling in the centre of the defined area, in front of the rubbish robots. He then starts to back up, and his foot immediately hits one of the robots, ending the task.

In the studio, Julian echoes Sam’s opinion that the task was a dud, though he uses the slightly more charitable phrasing of “not one of your best”.

Julian survives for just 2.5 seconds (“of gold”, as Alex puts it), and earns last place.
