Everyone passes the pineapples

In the first round, Greg initially guesses that Julian, Sue, and Susan are hiding pineapples. However, after Lucy questions if this task is television that people will actually want to watch, Greg tells Alex to move Sue’s pineapple cut-out onto Lucy instead, causing Lucy to swear at him. The pineapples are actually being hidden by Julian, Lucy, and Sue, so both Sue and Susan score one point.

In the second round, Julian whispers a strategy to Lucy: one contestant could conceal multiple pineapples. However, Lucy ruins this strategy by explaining it to the other contestants a bit too loudly, and Greg is able to overhear it. Greg guesses that Julian, Sam, and Susan are hiding pineapples. Julian is actually hiding two pineapples, and Lucy is hiding the third one, so Lucy, Sam, and Susan all earn one point.

In the third round, Sue whispers a strategy to Susan, and then to the others. Sue hides a pineapple behind one of the large golden pillars at the back of the stage, Susan hides a pineapple backstage, and Sam hides behind Greg’s throne with a pineapple behind his back. Julian then gestures to Lucy, reminding her to put her hands behind her back before Greg looks at her. Greg guesses that Sam, Sue, and Susan are hiding pineapples. He also says that he will “lose his fucking mind” if Sam has all three pineapples. It is then revealed to Greg that no-one but Sam is holding a pineapple, and that the other two fruits are just hidden off-stage. Sue and Susan therefore earn a point each.

With Susan successfully deceiving Greg in every round of the game, the two of them develop a mock rivalry throughout the task, with Greg repeatedly calling her “RADA” and indicating that he’s determined to defeat her, and Susan celebrating each win with the phrase “Thirty grand, baby!”, in reference to the cost of her RADA education.

With 3 in-game points, Susan earns 5 actual points and wins the task. With 2 in-game points, Sue earns 4 actual points. With just 1 in-game point each, Lucy and Sam both earn 3 actual points. And with no in-game points, Julian earns just 1 actual point.
