Tuva attempts to play the theme song

Tuva addresses the audience, telling them that she’d spent her 100 days learning to play the trumpet, an instrument she had never once played prior to receiving the task.

She announces her intention to play the Kongen Befaler theme tune on the trumpet, and notes that the 200 kroner were spent on earplugs for her neighbours.

Tuva’s performance gets off to a bad start, as she makes herself laugh, and then never quite recovers. She also seems to have not actually learned to play the trumpet, and she is only able to blow two or three notes at a time, at points humming to fill in the gaps.

She admits that she knew her performance would crash and burn, after having attempted it at the dress rehearsal, but insists that her performance had sounded better in her head.

Just 4.9% of the audience vote goes to Tuva, and so she earns last place.
