Tete channels his inner Uma Thurman

Tete chooses to use the samurai sword in the caravan.

Excited by the prospect of using the sword, Tete smugly informs the camera that he’ll show Uma Thurman how it’s done (referencing her role in the 2003 movie Kill Bill).

Tete sticks to the same method for his entire attempt: quick, downward thrusts with the tip of the sword into each balloon. The few times he tries something different, like slicing down with the entire blade, the balloons do not pop.

Tete finishes the task in 1 minute and 23 seconds. However, he actually only pops 98 balloons so, after penalties, ends up with a final time of 1 hour, 1 minute, and 23 seconds, and earns second place.
