Tuva’s method backfires
Tuva wonders if squeezing the ball between her knees might be more effective than slamming the ball between her hands.
The audience, who have just seen Tete use his hand-slamming method to great effect, make encouraging noises for her to do the same, and Tuva decides to trust the audience.
Unfortunately, her technique is bad; instead of slamming her hands into the stationary ball, Tuva tosses it up into the air and then catches it between her palms, using the force of her catch to launch the chicken.
This causes the chicken to travel off at an angle and land near Atle’s feet.
Both Marte and Tete give Tuva a conciliatory hug.
Tuva ultimately earns last place.
